What data do we collect and what is this data used for?

We collect personal data, such as visitor names, phone numbers, and email addresses provided that the visitor disclose this data on the form. We use both our own forms and third-party forms for data processing. Visitors are not obliged to provide personal data to use the site.

Valu Digital Oy uses this data to market services that are appropriate for the visitor. Valu Digital Oy shall not transfer personal data to others, unless so legally obligated, for example, by a court decision. In our online services, we use certain third-party systems that may collect data in their own systems, such as Active Campaign (marketing automation). You can prevent Active Campaign from collecting your personal data by not entering your data in, for example, the Quick Start Guide download forms. All third-party systems are covered by the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield if they transfer any data to the United States. If you so wish, you can disable these services by following the instructions provided by each system’s manufacturer. You can, for instance, disable Google Analytics by using these instructions.

Our site uses cookies so that we can serve you better and develop our site to provide even better service to you and our other visitors. We use cookies also to remember you and your choices on our site. For example, if you order a Quick Start Guide from our site, cookies help us to offer you more content that interests you. We also use HotJar and Google Analytics to better serve all our visitors. These services store anonymous data regarding visitors. In addition, we use LeadFeeder that enables us to recognise the visitor’s organisation. This data is not automatically connected with personal data, however.
